I used so many techniques learned in yoga while in labor. I really attribute prenatal yoga to my being calm and so prepared for this whole process. I felt physically great going into labor, and feel AMAZING so early in my recovery process. I am SO glad I started with the prenatal yoga and that I continued with it throughout pregnancy.
