About Individualized Birth Preparation Consultations

The day your baby is born, is a day you will never forget. I want you to remember the day with peaceful and empowered memories. One way to be empowered in your birth journey is through education, so that you can make informed decisions along the way. As a certified birth doula since 2011 and a certified childbirth educator, I offer individualized consultations with birthing people and their partner to share evidence-based information, resources, and tools to help them prepare for plans A, B, C, and D as labor approaches.

• Second two-hour individualized consultation to prepare a postpartum plan and train birth partners for labor
  • Postpartum plan template and resources
  • Demonstration and practice of hands-on labor support
  • Videos and handouts provided for future reference
